This warranty protects against any manufacturing defects that may arise within one year from the date of purchase. Rest assured that CalExotics will take care of any issues that occur during this period, so you can enjoy your product with confidence.

Extended 10-Year Replacement Guarantee: For an added level of assurance, Vanity by JOPEN and EGO by JOPEN lines come with an additional 10-year replacement guarantee. This guarantee extends beyond the standard one-year warranty, offering a decade of worry-free usage. Please note that specific details regarding this policy will be provided upon registration of the item.

Easy Warranty Claims Process: If you encounter any issues covered by CalExotics warranty, filing a claim is simple and hassle-free. If you made your purchase through an authorized retail partners, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click here to access our warranty claim form.
  2. Provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address and phone number.
  3. Fill in the product details and attach proof of purchase as required.
  4. Submit the claim online to initiate the warranty process.

Completing the Warranty Claim: After submitting your warranty claim, we will guide you through the remaining steps to finalize your claim:

  1. Prepare the Product for Return: Prior to shipping the product back to us, ensure that you enclose a copy of the warranty email inside the return package. To expedite the process, please write the unique ticket number clearly on the outside of the package. Include the product, its adapter/plug/base, a copy of your receipt, and the warranty email in the return package.
  2. Choose a Shipping Method: We recommend using the United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking to send your package. Kindly note that FedEx and UPS do not ship to our warranty location PO Box.
  3. Processing and Fulfillment: Once we receive your package, please allow 15-20 business days for our warranty department to process and fulfill your claim. Shipping times may vary depending on your location from our Ontario, California facility. Rest assured, all claims are shipped via USPS.
