How long is the warranty on my toy?
Every motorized FUN FACTORY toy comes with a 2 year warranty from date of purchase, redeemable with the submission of a sales receipt or proof of purchase. No product registration is required.
I no longer have the invoice. Can I still return it?
No. Without proof of purchase (invoice, sales slip, bank account reference etc.) from an authorized retailer you cannot replace your toy.
Troubleshooting:
Why won't my new toy turn on?
Make sure you deactivated the travel lock. Do so by clicking the + button (or the button with the big dot) and the FUN button at the same for for 1 - 4 seconds. Your toy should buzz one time and the buttons may flash. Start your toy by pressing the FUN button for half a second.
Why does my toy immediately start when I close the battery cap?
The batteries have been inserted incorrectly. Unless you’re using a BATTERY+ toy, don't use rechargeable batteries. Stick with regular 1.5 volt batteries. Between uses, it's best to remove the batteries and leave the battery compartment open.
Why won't my rechargeable toy recharge?
Make sure the magnetic points on the charger are connected to the magnetic points on your toy. If the head of the charging cable doesn't light up when your toy is connected, the cable could be defective.
Why does my toy get warm when I use it?
There's a coil under the sleeve of all pulsators that heats up when the toy is in use. It has nothing to do with the battery.

How long should I charge my toy?
FUN FACTORY recommends charging your toy overnight before using it for the first time. Starting with a strong charge ensures a long, healthy batter life for your new toy. Lithium memory batteries cannot be over or undercharged after the first full charge.
All of the buttons on your toy's handle will light up or blink when it is fully charged. Toys will not operate will charging.
Can I use my toy in the tub or shower?
Yes, All FUN FACTORY toys are 100% waterproof.

How do I clean my FUN FACTORY toy?
Use warm water and mild, unscented soap. You can also use a spray toy cleaner. Silicone toys without motors can be boiled for 5 minutes.
How often should I clean my toy?
Clean your sex toy before and after each use. Make sure you wash your toy before using it for the first time.
What kind of lubes should I use on my toy?
Silicone toys should never be used with silicone-based lubricant, because the silicone-based gel is very difficult to remove from the toy without leaving any residue. Despite intense cleaning, the toy can become unhygienic. Please use a water-based lube with your FUN FACTORY toys.
