How Does the Arcwave Sex Toy for Men Warranty Work?

If your adult toy fails to work due to a defect in workmanship or material (this is very rare), Arcwave will replace your toy with the same or a similar product.

Things to Know About the Arcwave Warranty Process

  • The warranty period begins on the original date that your sex toy was purchased.
  • Arcwave™ Ion is covered under a 2-year warranty.
  • Arcwave's warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
  • The warranty also does not cover any unit that has been tampered with.

What Do I Need to File a Warranty Claim?

  1. Proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, your product is not covered under this warranty program. (When you purchase Arcwave products from Adult Toy Box, we will email proof of purchase to you. Make sure you include your email address with your order and check your spam folder if you don't see our email.)
  2. Purchase date.
  3. Purchase location (i.e., web site or store name).
  4. Description of defect.
  5. Product serial number (located on the bottom of the box above the larger barcode)

How Do I Return an Item to Arcwave & Who Pays for Shipping?

The first thing you need to do is complete the Warranty and RMA Request Form. From there you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Arcwave will not accept returned merchandise without an RMA number.

After your request is successfully submitted, you will see a confirmation notice and a case number. *This case number is NOT your RMA number.

Once Arcwave verifies the information that you provided in your Warranty and RMA Request Form, they will send you an email with a unique RMA number and return instructions. 

After you receive an email from Arcwave with return instructions, send the items you need to return, your RMA number and proof of purchase to them in a single package. You will ship this package prepaid which mean Arcwave will pay for return shipping.

Arcwave will inspect the returned items and send you an email letting you know how your return will be processed. * If the warranty claim is approved, you will receive a replacement item within 7–10 business days. Arcwave will cover the shipping cost for the repalcement item.
