Refund policy


Your satisfaction is important to us, however, due to the intimate nature of our products we cannot accept returns unless your item is defective. A lot of our products are backed by manufacturers' warranties and may be replaced by filing a claim with the manufacturer directly.

Cancellations

Our system starts to process orders as soon as they are placed. Therefore, changes or cancellations are generally not possible once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change, but orders processed by our warehouse are final.

** Effective 6/28/2023: If you pay for your order using Sezzle or AfterPay and decide to cancel, you will be charged payment processing/cancellation fees. they charge us a payment processing fee of 10% + $0.30 per transaction. This fee is non-refundable meaning we are still charged even if you decide to cancel your order. We will deduct these fees from your refund.


You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for defective products. To start a return, you can contact us at support@adulttoybox.biz. We will send you a return shipping label so that you can ship your package to our Returns Department. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

***We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
