Shipping policy

Privacy: Every order ships in discreet packaging. No one will know what you ordered.

Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority. We don't ship on weekends or US holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.

We fulfill from four US warehouses (Colorado, Arizona, Michigan, California) and may split your orders across them to get items to you faster. Even if your order arrives in multiple packages, you're only charged once for shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to extra-heavy items (furniture, sex machines).

We recommend adding package protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Package protection does not cover delivery errors caused by incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before placing your order. We're also not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

International Shipping

Rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout. You're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which we can't estimate in advance and don't collect. Check with your local customs office before ordering so there are no surprises. If customs fees are refused at delivery, the package is returned and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don't ship adult products to countries where they're banned, including:

• India
