Shipping policy

Your privacy is important to us. We use discreet packaging to ship your order. No one will know what you ordered.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you enter an email address when you place your order, you will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Most orders will ship from one of our four warehouses located in:

  • Broomfield, Colorado
  • Phoenix, Arizona
  • Ferndale, Michigan
  • San Fernando, California

So you can get your items sooner, we occasionally ship them from different warehouses. Even if your order arrives in multiple packages, you will only pay one shipping charge.

All delivery timeframes are estimates. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.

Shipping Times: Shipping timeframes are estimates based on USPS.

Free shipping does not apply to extra-heavy items like furniture and sex machines.

  • $74.99 & under: $6.99 (5-7 business days)
  • Priority: $9.99 (2-4 business days)

We recommend adding package protection to your order in case of a lost, damaged or stolen package.

*We are not responsible for delays or lost or damaged packages due to the shipping carrier.

Unfortunately, some brands do not allow us to ship their products outside the United States. Lovense is one of those brands.

Canada:

  • Under $150: Calculated according to package weight and destination
  • $150+: FREE (limited time) 

International Shipping:

Shipping outside of the United States will be calculated according to package weight and destination. Delivery time varies based on destination and shipping carrier used. 

You, the buyer, are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees associated with the importation of goods into your country. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.

Please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

It is your responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

International Shipping Restrictions:

We cannot in good conscience ship adult products to countries where sex toys are banned. We believe these particular items will be confiscated by customs before delivery.

Some of the countries that we do not ship to due to restrictions on adult products are:

  • The Maldives
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Malaysia
  • The United Arab Emirates
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam
  • India

Please make sure that sex toys are not banned in your country before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages/products not received due to shipping restrictions.
