Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, product names or pictures on the outside. Smaller items usually arrive in a padded mailer and larger items in a plain box.

Sex toys and intimate products ship with a generic or neutral sender name, such as "Shipping Department" or a company name that doesn't reference adult products. Costume orders show Adult Toy Box as the sender. Nothing on the outside of any package lists what's inside.

When you pay by card at checkout, your statement shows "ATB." If you pay with PayPal, Sezzle or Afterpay, the charge is processed by that provider and their statement wording applies. Product details never appear on any statement.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or US holidays.

US orders of $75 or more ship free and arrive in 5-7 business days. Orders under $75 ship for $9.99. Priority shipping is $14.99 and arrives in 2-4 business days. Extra-heavy items like furniture and sex machines aren't eligible for free shipping.

Not always. We ship from several US warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive separately. You're only charged for shipping once.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If you added shipping protection at checkout, file a claim with ShipTection or email claims@shiptection.com. If you didn't add shipping protection, you can file a claim directly with USPS.

Please double-check your address before checking out. Shipping protection doesn't cover packages sent to an incorrect address. If a package comes back to us for that reason, we'll refund your order minus the shipping cost.

Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We don't ship sex toys to countries where they're banned, so please confirm they're legal where you live before ordering. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Possibly. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are your responsibility and aren't collected at checkout. If you refuse the fees at delivery, the package is returned and shipping costs aren't refunded.

Because of the intimate nature of our products, we don't accept returns unless an item arrives defective. This includes lingerie and costumes, so please check sizing before you order. Every item is brand new and has never been opened or used by anyone else.

No. Orders go to our warehouse right away so they can ship fast, which means we can't cancel or change them once checkout is complete.

Email support@adulttoybox.biz within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for a photo or video of the issue. If your claim is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and then refund you or send a replacement. Items sent back without approval won't be accepted.

Once your return is received, we refund your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.

Yes. We only sell genuine products from recognized brands like LELO, We-Vibe, Womanizer and Lovense, shipped from established US distributors. You'll never get a knockoff or a product that's been opened or used.
