Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless an item arrives defective.

Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel or change an order once checkout is complete. Orders are sent to our warehouse immediately so they reach you as fast as possible. Please double-check your items, sizes and shipping address before you check out. Once an order is placed, it is final.

Defective Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@adulttoybox.biz so we can resolve it. You may be asked to provide a photo or video of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Items sent back without a prior request won't be accepted.

If it has been more than 30 days since delivery, we will give you the product manufacturer's contact information so that you can file a claim with them.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method or send a replacement. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
