Le Wand One-Year Limited Warranty
Le Wand Massagers are covered under the COTR, Inc Warranty. This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. Your Le Wand toy is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You will need your original proof of purchase to file a warranty claim. If you bought your toy from Adult Toy Box and provided an email address when you placed your order, your proof of purchase was emailed to you. If you can't find it or don't have it, reach out to use at support@adulttoybox.biz and we will look for it for you.
Do not try to repair the toy yourself.
We recommend that you register your Le Wand sex toy and attach a picture or copy of your receipt so that it will be easier to file a warranty claim if you need to. It is not required though. You can still file a warranty claim even if you did not register your toy.
