Lovense Warranty Explained: What’s Covered & How to Claim It

If your Lovense toy isn’t working properly—or you’re researching the warranty before buying—this guide has everything you need to know. We’ll break down the coverage, what’s not included, and how to file a claim.

As an authorized Lovense reseller, we’ll also explain what to do if your toy is out of warranty and when it makes sense to replace or upgrade.

How Long Is the Lovense Warranty?

Lovense provides a 1-year warranty on most toys. This covers defects in materials and faulty workmanship that affect the toy’s function.

However, not every product or accessory has the same coverage:

• 1 Year Warranty – Most Lovense toys (see full list below).
• 90 Days Warranty – Sleeves (Max, Max 2, Solace, Solace Pro) and Lovense Sex Machine dildos (S and L).
• 30 Days Warranty – Lovense Webcam and Webcam 2 charging cables.
• Not Covered – Lovense Sex Machine accessories such as the Universal Power Adapter (not included in US packages) and Hex Wrench.

👉 Any attempt to open or take apart your toy will void the warranty.

What’s Covered by the Warranty?

Lovense products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date when used according to the product’s user manual.

What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Commercial use
• Natural disasters, accidents, or acts of God
• Using the toy outside of its intended purpose (as stated in the user manual)

How to File a Lovense Warranty Claim

1. Visit the Lovense warranty support page.
2. Provide product serial number (found on packaging).
3. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, date, and store/website).
4. Describe the defect.
5. Upload proof of the defect in the form of a picture or video.

Important Notes

• Lovense offers a 90-day warranty for TPE sleeves and select accessories.
• Opening or tampering with the toy voids the warranty.
