Lovense provides a one-year warranty on all of their toys. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the sex toy. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect.
Any attempt to open or take apart the sex toy will void the warranty. You will have to provide order details, certain account details and proof of the issue (or return the unit to them) to redeem the warranty.
Please note that Lovense offers a 90-day warranty for the Max's sleeve, Max 2's sleeve, and Lovense Sex Machine’s dildoes (S and L) for manufacturer defects.
Lovense Sex Machine accessories - the Universal Power Adapter (not included in US packages) and Hex Wrench - are not covered by the warranty.
What is covered by this warranty?
Lovense products are warranted against defects in materials and faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when used in accordance with the respective products' user manuals. This excludes Lovense TPE sleeves, which are warranted under the same terms for a period of ninety (90) days. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

What will Lovense do in the event of a warranty claim?
Lovense stands by the quality of their products. If you discover a defect and notify Lovense during the warranty period, Lovense will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge. Lovense will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.
What information is required?
- Product serial number (located on the packaging)
- Proof of purchase including the order number, purchase date, and location (website or store name).
- Defect description.
- Proof of defect in the form of a picture or video.

What is not covered by the warranty?
This warranty excludes any defects or damage arising from the product being used other than in the manner it was intended (as indicated in the product user manual), normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damages caused by abusive use, accident, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
